Central Ohio Economic Update

The Central Ohio real estate market is very dynamic, but the lingering impacts of COVID on certain market segments and the impacts of increasing interest rates and challenges in the capital markets place stresses on the system.  Elizabeth Ptacek, Senior Director of Market Analytics at CoStar, will highlight how those changes are impacting the Central Ohio real estate market as of January 1, 2023, the valuation date for the tax reappraisals.
