Dan is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group. He has significant experience with ERISA litigation, employment discrimination cases, wage and hour class actions and collective actions, collective bargaining, and traditional labor disputes.
Bob Harris
Bob is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s labor and employment and immigration groups. He has experience in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including: wage and hour class actions; Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); Title VII; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); wrongful discharge; noncompete and trade secret law; and employment-related torts. Bob regularly assists and advises clients on personnel matters and on development and application of company policies.
