Lisa is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the health care and litigation groups. Her practice focuses on health information technology issues including: health information privacy and security under HIPAA/HITECH, state confidentiality laws and 42 C.F.R. Part 2; breach response; implementation of electronic health records; and qualification for meaningful use incentives.
Mairi is an associate in the Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the health care group. In her practice, Mairi regularly assists clients across the health care industry in achieving and maintaining compliance with complex regulatory schemes, including those governing licensure, patient confidentiality, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. |
Jonathan is a partner in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the health care group. He has experience with HIPAA, EU privacy directives, managed care contracting, CMS and state insurance licensing, health information technology (HIT), health information exchanges and fraud and abuse issues, including Stark, Anti-kickback laws and the False Claims Act. |
