Lauren is a member of the tax and probate group. Her practice is focused on state and local taxes, with an emphasis on real property tax valuation disputes and appeals. Lauren has represented clients across the country and in Ohio before numerous county boards of revision, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, Ohio Appellate Courts and the Ohio Supreme Court. Lauren also assists clients in real estate transactions, including helping with preparing real estate tax provisions utilized in underwriting, drafting real estate tax provisions in sale and lease agreements and pursuing the resulting real property tax cases.

Megan is a member of the tax and probate group. Her practice is focused on real property tax valuation and exemption disputes and appeals. Megan has obtained substantial property tax valuation reductions and generated significant tax savings for taxpayers throughout the United States. She has appeared before the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals and Ohio Supreme Court, along with numerous other state and local tax appeal boards across the country, achieving valuable results for a large variety of commercial properties, including grocery stores, restaurants and affordable housing projects.

Lindsay is a member of the tax group and a member of the firm’s national property taxation group. Her practice is focused on property tax valuation disputes and appeals, and she assists clients in managing and contesting property tax assessments in Ohio and across the country. Lindsay has reviewed, evaluated and contested assessments in more than 20 states. In Ohio, she has significant experience before the Boards of Revision, including those in northeast Ohio, and at the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.
