Libby Callan, of counsel in the Vorys Cincinnati office, will share insight from her experience in defending employers against discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. This session will cover the evolving U.S. immigration landscape under the Trump Administration, including what employers should do if ICE visits their company, how to prepare for an I-9 audit, and the impact of immigration executive orders and other changes implemented by the administration.
